A 31 years old patient came to our clinic with removable partial denture(teeth set) in upper front teeth region and wants a fixed treatment option for the same...
After checking with the X-ray (OPG) the patient was advised for removal of re-infected root canal treated tooth beside the missing tooth and all possible fixed treatment options were explained in detail and the patient opted for replacement with dental implants..

After giving local anaesthesia the re-infected root canal treated tooth and the infection in the root apex was removed and two dental implants were placed.
